Oh man, I am feeling guilty. We were discussing about Ming2 just now.
Hmm it wasn’t appropriate but apparently more people start to get annoyed with her increasingly aggressiveness and grumbling. Not only within our group, but with external party too. It is interestingly that DirectPeow used ‘dirt’ as to how ming2 treats others. The urge and thirst to move up is getting more and more evident till most can tell that she wants to be the no. 1 in R&SS team, of course that can only happen when JA decided to kiss goodbye to his long-time company.
We tried to rank in term of ‘anger management’, ming2 top the list especially for the ladies. Hmm we all have higher threshold so we learn to OK with it but others will not give it a damn. So I hope as the days go by, she can learn to control her temper.
Why tell the whole world that you’re OT-ing? The harsh fact is no one will agree that now it is the crunch time and thus, no OT need. All our bosses know it! Can you just blame it on your incapability in managing your time? You can always come on office earlier, not in the sense 7am but right on the official working hour which is 8.30am; or leave on the dot and not earlier? We all feel blessed that this is an environment whereby we are given the freedom to be flexible, as long as we deliver what we should. It would be fairer if you’re really overloaded and the existing 40 hrs/week is just too little for you to finish your work.
Concerning under band matter, please… no one will go around and shout how satisfied they are with the remuneration package, take it or leave it. No point telling us as we can do nothing about it. Each individual should find his/her own way to convince herself for the stay. We are not ah-Q, just that most of us learn to rub it in.
Hoho, I hope ming2 can find her heaven soon, be it here or out there. Hope she gets well soon since she suffers a backache due to too much sleep during weekend :)

Heard Kathy has a lump around her neck. If it is not treated properly, it will affect her limp and neural system. Oops, sad for her. She has been very kind to mo and the family during their Edmonton stay. Mo made a remarks saying that Kathy’s greatest gift and purpose in her life is to be an angel and been taking good care of others. Hmm hope God sustain the whole family and uncle Al. Hmm…

It is very true that everyone will plan for themselves. To our surprise Ms Roro will be going over to SPILC, we were still worried that upon the contract termination, she will be jobless. Really, good for her to secure a more stable job. What’s more with the positive test recently. Double happiness.
