I complain abt him as I feel disgusted by his behaviour, unbearable, hard to stay cool!! arghhh....
Then this wise uncle told me...
"Master your own gong fu. Be secure of your own worth. This is typical office politics. When org big, need to 'fight' to get ahead. Do not let it get to you. Stay cool"
"On the bright side, you must be doing good to let others feel 'insecure'. Focus on learning own skill. In IT, knowledge is power."
