How time flies.... it's now mid-July already.
Church has started off the 40dop campaign and everybody is quite occupied with the preparation and execution. Really hope that this campaign will somehow transform us in many little ways
It was a busy and tiring weekend. Went to Kent Ridge Park after CG ... Hmm the air there is like so fresh, not humid at all, no skyscrapers which block my views, only tree, benches, lights and people... I agree with what QY shared: Divine Encounter. It is a very important substance in everything in our lives. If it is not will by God, hoho... then you wait long long and bound to meet obstacles!!
Bro was off so we actually had a good chatting. Hmm he is getting married soon, in 3+ mths time. Can see his struggles and burdens.... good that we talk :D and hor... yesterday he helped me to clean the hse coz I gotta host a few frens at night. My bro is someone who will help with the chores lo... hehe...
Haiya, must mention this. Uncle LF is very kind and nice. He helped me to buy durian from KT!!! We din get to eat durian on Sun so i was quite disappointed. Then the next day when I was on my way home, ring ring ring... Where are you now? HOw many durians you want? What time you will reach home? Haa... then he chaffeur those durians to my hse.... kekek... Yummy!!! So touched by his kind gesture. So thoughtful!!! Thank God for this uncle
Last night, we had a simple dinner cum gathering at my place. CH, JJ, CY, SM, HC and myself. We had pasta, shredded chicken with foccacia bread, orange cereal raisin salad, egg, toto, lettuce, juice, layered ice-cream... kekeke... Thank God for giving me a chance to host my dear bro n sis from CCF. Hmm... all of us are foreigners and I think inviting them for dinner is a gd idea so as to give them a homely feel :D I imagine myself as a dajie... just like what tse sisters always do. They treat us well... so i must share out my love too...hehe
had Jap food for team lunch. Wowo... spend the money like nobody business. The APPLE ice cream ball i had costs 8 buck... duh, i din finish it... coz too full... what a waste :D
