NICE hangout!!!
Talking about last Friday outing. Food was yummy at rsycc. nice ambience and with good company. Lots aeroplane and queen can still try to guess whethere it's a BIG or SMALL bird by listening to the engine sound. Ha.
Then the trip to T3 also fun. Hee..
XH is nice to chaffeur us back. Get to talk a bit during the car rides. hoho.. good fellowship.

This week on anchor alignment. Considered a bit chim to me but good to have involved in setup meeting like DOE portion. UncleJA is truly experinced and smart. Only he is brave enuff to push Ming2 to work till 2.30pm since she came in late i.e. 1030am. *clap clap* but schedule is a bit tight for ming2 since she has exam in the coming weeks. but hor... no excuse since it's part of her job.
Had first 1:1 with UncleLeung. Hoho, 1.25hrs. can you imagine? Thankful for that as fnally get to align on the expectations and moving forward, knowing what to look out for in the program. It was a good start.
ICC Profile is hot in town. Something familiar yet a bit far. I must have thrown everything back to Dr Zhang. hehe...
Thank You God for the 1:1 setup. It went well :) I wasn't as nervous as I thought.

Cheryl is wise. She definitely has what it takes to coach me. Some learnings:
- Do not be cynical, words & tone be always seasoned with salt and wisdom from God.
- Dare to ask, be humble
- How Director thinks: Always forward looking, no point dwelling on the decision made and how was it made, how to priortize limited budget, skillset development
Mel always said i am priviledge to have Cheryl as my mentor. Oh.. she is going to cycle along Danube river soon. i start to miss eastern europe le. ;p
A day after MMM, i had skip level with shuaigeTP & another few chaps. Hee... He is nice. OK, i think i've somehow gotten his attn by asking questions. But hor I accidently blurted out a non-sensible word "bad-mouth manager" though it meant to be a joke!
Ah well, it's over.
Thank God for the opportunities to talk to Cheryl and TP. Enriching & interesting!
